We get it—sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we've made our return policy as straightforward as possible.

Our Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item from Suit and Tie Game. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at hilldesignsteam@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
